We are looking for a teammate to join us in our reservoir management unit.

General Qualifications:

· Graduated from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering department of universities,

· Having knowledge of basic mathematics, physics and chemistry, thermodynamics, rock and fluid mechanics,

· Having a class B driving license,

· Person without travel restrictions,

· Have a minimum of 3 year of experience in geothermal energy operations,

· Experienced in determining the properties of geothermal resources and mathematical modeling,

· Have the ability to manage and report production activities in the field,

· Geothermal well tests: competent in planning, organization, data evaluation and reporting,

· Ability to use underground modeling and simulation software,

· Able to use advanced computers and Microsoft Office applications effectively,

· Good English language skills (written and verbal),

· Ability to work in teams and have good communication skills,

· Ability to think analytically and solve problems,

· Residing in Manisa/Salihli,

Job Description

· Conducting research and creating mathematical models to determine the properties of geothermal resources,

· Monitoring and reporting field production activities and determining production-injection plans,

· Managing and coordinating the reservoir management field team,

· Working in coordination with the geothermal power plant,

· Planning, organizing, data evaluation and reporting of geothermal well tests,

· Conducting research and tests for the sustainability of the reservoir,

· Preparation of reports on the performance of geothermal resources,

· Design, implementation and testing of well completion studies,

· Periodic maintenance and follow-up of equipment,

· Taking part in reservoir management, innovation studies and managing improvement projects,

· Ensuring data sharing and coordination with reservoir management consultants,
